Our Wholesale Programme is designed to help professional beauty, health and wellness businesses grow with UKLASH, while protecting the integrity of our brand and supporting a fair, trusted network of partners.

Below you'll find a summary of the key terms of our wholesale partnership, followed by our full Terms & Conditions. These apply to all approved UKLASH Wholesale accounts and purchases.

UKLASH Wholesale Terms Summary

By opening a UKLASH Wholesale account, you agree to the following:

Your Business Only

UKLASH products are supplied exclusively for retail sale within your approved beauty, health or wellness business. Products must not be supplied to another business or individual for resale or wholesale distribution.

No Online Sales

You may promote that you stock UKLASH products on your website and social media. However, UKLASH products must not be offered for purchase or sold through your website, online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Vinted and similar platforms), social commerce, or any other online sales channel.

Protecting Our Brand

Please do not bid on "UKLASH" or similar brand terms in paid search or paid social advertising. UKLASH logos, imagery and marketing assets may only be used to promote genuine UKLASH products as an authorised wholesale partner.

Pricing & Payment

Retail pricing remains at your discretion, with recommended retail prices (RRPs) provided to support consistency across our professional network. Wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Working Together

Wholesale pricing and account terms are confidential and should not be shared outside your business. We reserve the right to suspend or close wholesale accounts where these terms are breached, including unauthorised online sales or resale.

Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of UKLASH products ("Products") by UK Skinlabs Ltd, trading as UKLASH ("UKLASH", "we", "us") to the approved wholesale account holder ("Wholesale Partner", "you").

By applying for, opening or using a UKLASH Wholesale account, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Wholesale Accounts

1.1 Eligibility

UKLASH Wholesale accounts are available to approved beauty, health and wellness businesses, including (but not limited to) salons, clinics, spas, gyms and other professional establishments approved by UKLASH.

1.2 Purpose of Supply

Products are supplied exclusively to support your approved business and are intended for retail sale to your own customers from your business premises or for use alongside your professional services. Wholesale supply is not intended for online retailing or onward distribution.

1.3 Account Approval

Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. UKLASH reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Authorised Sales Channels

2.1 In-Person Sales

Products may only be sold directly to your own customers from your approved business premises.

2.2 Online Sales

You may advertise and promote that you stock UKLASH products through your website, social media and other marketing channels.

However, Products must not be offered for purchase or sold through:

• your own website or ecommerce store;
• Amazon;
• eBay;
• Etsy;
• TikTok Shop;
• Not On The High Street;
• Vinted;
• Depop;
• Facebook Marketplace; or
• any other online marketplace, ecommerce platform or social commerce channel.

2.3 No Resale

Products must not be sold, transferred, gifted or otherwise supplied to another salon, clinic, retailer, wholesaler, distributor or any other business or individual intending to resell them.

2.4 Order Quantities

Orders should reflect the reasonable needs of your business. UKLASH reserves the right to query, amend, refuse or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with the size or nature of your business or where we reasonably suspect unauthorised resale.

3. Brand Protection

3.1 Brand Assets

UKLASH logos, product imagery and marketing assets may only be used to promote genuine UKLASH products supplied through your wholesale account.

3.2 Paid Advertising

You must not bid on, purchase or otherwise use "UKLASH", or any confusingly similar term or misspelling, as a keyword within paid search or paid social advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or similar advertising platforms.

3.3 Product Integrity

Products must not be altered, repackaged, relabelled or have packaging, branding or batch codes removed or obscured.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Retail Pricing

Retail pricing remains entirely at your discretion. UKLASH may publish recommended retail prices (RRPs) to support consistency across our professional network.

Persistent pricing materially below the recommended retail price may be taken into account when reviewing the ongoing suitability of a wholesale account. UKLASH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or discontinue supply where continued supply is no longer considered commercially appropriate.

4.2 Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing and account terms are confidential and must not be shared outside your business.

UKLASH reserves the right to amend wholesale pricing at any time by providing reasonable notice.

4.3 Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

UKLASH reserves the right to withhold shipment until cleared funds have been received.

5. Product Traceability

UKLASH may record batch numbers against wholesale orders.

Where reasonably requested, you agree to assist UKLASH in identifying the source or destination of Products for the purposes of:

• investigating suspected unauthorised resale;
• investigating counterfeit products;
• product recalls; or
• product quality or safety investigations.

6. Intellectual Property

All UKLASH trademarks, logos, product names, packaging, imagery, formulations and all other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of UK Skinlabs Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any UKLASH intellectual property.

You must not:

• register domain names incorporating UKLASH;
• register social media handles incorporating UKLASH;
• reproduce, modify or misuse UKLASH branding without permission;
• copy or attempt to replicate UKLASH products or formulations.

7. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, account terms and any confidential commercial information shared by UKLASH must not be disclosed to any third party without our prior written consent.

8. Suspension & Termination

UKLASH reserves the right to suspend, refuse or terminate a wholesale account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, including (but not limited to):

• selling Products online;
• supplying Products for resale;
• unauthorised use of UKLASH intellectual property;
• breach of confidentiality;
• failure to comply with payment terms; or
• any activity that may damage the UKLASH brand or its authorised wholesale network.

Termination of a wholesale account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.

9. General

9.1 No Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, franchise or exclusive distribution arrangement between UKLASH and the Wholesale Partner.

9.2 Ending the Relationship

Either party may end the wholesale relationship at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding payments or obligations remain payable.

9.3 Changes to These Terms

UKLASH may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your wholesale account after notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
