By opening a UKLASH Wholesale account, you agree to the following:

Your Business Only

UKLASH products are supplied exclusively for retail sale within your approved beauty, health or wellness business. Products must not be supplied to another business or individual for resale or wholesale distribution.

No Online Sales

You may promote that you stock UKLASH products on your website and social media. However, UKLASH products must not be offered for purchase or sold through your website, online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Vinted and similar platforms), social commerce, or any other online sales channel.

Protecting Our Brand

Please do not bid on "UKLASH" or similar brand terms in paid search or paid social advertising. UKLASH logos, imagery and marketing assets may only be used to promote genuine UKLASH products as an authorised wholesale partner.

Pricing & Payment

Retail pricing remains at your discretion, with recommended retail prices (RRPs) provided to support consistency across our professional network. Wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Working Together

Wholesale pricing and account terms are confidential and should not be shared outside your business. We reserve the right to suspend or close wholesale accounts where these terms are breached, including unauthorised online sales or resale.

We offer competitive wholesale pricing, allowing you to retail UKLASH products with a healthy profit margin. Our products work perfectly as an aftercare product alongside salon and clinic treatments, or simply as a high-performing addition to your retail space.

What support do you get as a UKLASH stockist?

As a UKLASH wholesale partner, you’ll receive ongoing support from our team to help grow your UKLASH offering. This includes a dedicated account manager, product education and sales support, order assistance, and tailored product training sessions for your team. We’re here to help your business feel confident recommending and retailing UKLASH products.

Am I eligible to stock UKLASH?

UKLASH Wholesale is open to a wide range of businesses, including salons, clinics, spas, gyms and wellness spaces. Please note: UKLASH Wholesale is available for in-store trade only and is not open to online resellers or marketplace retailers.

How do I become a stockist?

Simply register for a wholesale account here. Once approved, you’ll be able to access wholesale pricing and place orders directly through your account.

I’m not based in the UK. Can I still register for a wholesale account?

This specific portal is for UK businesses only. However, if you are based outside of the UK, we would love to hear from you. Please email wholesale@uklash.com with your name, contact details, business address, and business website or Instagram, and our team will review your application for a wholesale account.

I’m already a UKLASH stockist but can’t see wholesale pricing.

Please make sure you’re logged into your wholesale account, as pricing will only be visible once logged in. Simply enter your email address and, if you already have an account with us, a login code will be sent directly to your inbox (login here). I registered for a wholesale account a while ago or haven’t ordered recently. Can I still access my account?

Absolutely. Simply log in using your email address - no password required (login here). If you have an existing account, a login code will be sent directly to your inbox. If you have any trouble accessing your account, please contact wholesale@uklash.com and we’ll be happy to help.

I’ve been contacted on Instagram about joining UKLASH Wholesale. Is it legitimate?

You may be contacted directly by our team if we’ve discovered your business and believe it could be a strong fit for UKLASH Wholesale. Please be aware that our only official Instagram account for wholesale is @uklashprofessional. If you are ever unsure, please contact us directly at wholesale@uklash.com to verify.
