Ordering

How do I place my first order?

You can place orders directly through this portal 24/7. If you prefer, you can also email orders to wholesale@uklash.com or WhatsApp 07300 486257 and our team will process this for you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 15 units per order, with a minimum of 5 units per product.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

How do I get a display stand for my products?

A display stand will automatically be included with your first order. If you need additional or replacement stands, you can add them to your basket or contact your account manager, who will be happy to arrange this for you. All point-of-sale materials are provided free of charge.

Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We accept card payments or bank transfer for UK orders.

How do I know if my payment has gone through?

If you pay by card, you will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. If you do not receive this, please check with wholesale@uklash.com or your account manager who can confirm the status of your order. If you are paying by bank transfer, please notify your account manager so they can confirm receipt with our finance team and issue your order confirmation.

Where can I see RRP pricing?

You can view all RRP pricing on www.uklash.com or within your wholesale price list, which can be requested from your account manager.

Can you train my team on the products?

Absolutely. Please contact your account manager, who can arrange a training session with our Education Manager.

Do you ever run extra offers?

Yes, we occasionally run exclusive offers and incentives for our wholesale partners. You’ll be notified by email, so please ensure you are opted in to receive marketing updates.

Do you have a wholesale Instagram I can follow?

Yes, we’ve recently launched @uklashprofessional. Please follow us for salon and clinic content, product USPs, selling tips and more.

Do you have imagery I can use to promote UKLASH on my social media?

Yes, absolutely. You can view and download approved imagery here (https://wholesale.uklash.com/pages/resources). If you need anything specific or additional assets, please contact your account manager who will be happy to help.

Can I get a higher wholesale discount?

Our wholesale pricing is set as standard, however it becomes more cost-effective as you increase order volume. The more you buy, the more you save.
