These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the usage of images provided by UK Skinlabs Ltd. (“UKLASH”) to its customers (“the Retailer”). By using the images, the Retailer agrees to comply with these Terms. If the Retailer does not agree to these Terms, they must refrain from using the images.

1. UKLASH grants the Retailer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for the purpose of marketing and selling UKLASH products.
2. The Retailer may use the images on their website, social media channels, and in digital or print marketing materials. Any other use, including but not limited to sublicensing, distribution, or modification of the images, is strictly prohibited.
3. All images provided by UKLASH remain the sole property of UKLASH. No ownership rights are transferred to the Retailer under these Terms.
4. The images are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Retailer shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or other proprietary notices on the images.
5. The Retailer shall not use the images: (i) to harm the reputation or brand of UKLASH (ii) for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
6. The Retailer may not edit, alter, or modify the images in any way without prior written consent from UKLASH
7. UKLASH reserves the right to terminate the Retailer’s license to use the images at any time and for any reason, upon written notice.
8. Upon termination, the Retailer must immediately cease all use of the images and remove them from any digital or physical media under their control.
9. UKLASH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the images.
10. The Retailer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UKLASH from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the Retailer’s use of the images or breach of these Terms.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
